Policy regarding REACH and its “January 2010 Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern” (PPBF-02)

PURPOSE:

This document defines our policy regarding the “Directive 2003/11/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 February 2003” and of the expanded “January 2010 Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern” and their applicability to our products.

POLICY:

It continues to be AZM’s policy to provide the highest quality products at an attractive price. We accomplish this while continuing to comply with all environmental and industry requirements and/or specific desires of our customer.

SUMMARY:

Following this policy we have reviewed the “Directive 2003/11/EC”, the “January 2010 Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern” and all material declarations of all our monolithic Integrated Circuits.

We find that we are in compliance with REACH as none of the identified “Substances of very high concern” are found in any of our products.
